The Community Dispute Resolution Center is in need of teen volunteer mediators in Chemung County.

The program is for people ages 13-18, with registration under way for training in August in Montour Falls.

Volunteers will learn why conflict makes communication and decision-making hard; build skills to help other families interact; improve communication and resolve conflicts.
